Open the RUN by windows key + R on keyboard then type msconfig
Then click on Boot option as show in given figure:
You can see the Advanced Option click on it:
Tick the box as show in below:
And Select maximum Number of Processor:
Finally click the OK Button and then Apply and again hit OK button.
Restart You PC after do all these steps:
